Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – MODAFIVE
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items with odors such as smoke, cologne, or deodorant will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@modafive.ca. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
RETURNS – 14 DAY POLICY (CANADA)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders within Canada.
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return request is approved and a return label is issued, you must ship the item within 14 days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Gift cards are non-refundable
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
A flat return shipping fee of $10 CAD will be deducted from your refund.
PROCESSING TIME
Returns are typically processed within 2–5 business days after arriving at our facility.
Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale items
- Worn, washed, or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges within Canada.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@modafive.ca.
All exchanged items must be returned in original condition, including packaging and tags. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the customer.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved exchanges.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
